Halloween In-Store Prize Wheel – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is operated by Exeter Window Store Limited.

2. The promotion runs from 26 October to 31 October 2026, during usual store hours.

3. Participation is open to customers aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and anyone directly involved in organising the promotion are excluded.

4. The prize wheel is available only to customers placing an in-store order worth at least £10 including VAT, before applying any discount won on the wheel, during the promotional period. Each customer may participate once during the promotional period, with a maximum of one spin per order, except where a replacement spin is required under point 6.

5. Customers must place their order before spinning the wheel and spin immediately before payment, under staff supervision. Customers who are not placing an order are not eligible to participate. There is no separate charge to spin. No additional spins are permitted other than a replacement spin in the circumstances described in point 6.

6. Each spin must be supervised by a member of staff. The outcome is determined by the segment indicated by the pointer when the wheel comes to a complete stop. Participants must not interfere with the wheel or pointer. If the pointer rests on a dividing line or a mechanical fault prevents a clear result, the participant will receive a replacement spin at no charge.

7. The available prizes are packaged sweets, a travel mug, a hoodie, a hat, a 10% discount voucher, a £20 off discount voucher, one item from the trade counter, a ‘Your Choice’ segment, which allows participants to select any other segment on the wheel, and an envelope selection: the participant chooses one of three sealed envelopes. One contains no prize, one contains a £50 voucher, and one contains a £500 voucher. The selected envelope will be opened immediately to reveal the outcome. Participants may choose only one envelope and cannot exchange it after opening. If a participant lands on “Your Choice” and selects the envelope option, the same selection process applies. Before each new selection, the three sealed envelopes will be replenished and shuffled so that the available outcomes remain one no-prize envelope, one £50 voucher, and one £500 voucher. The wheel also contains two non-winning segments.

8. There is no overall limit on the number of prizes that can be won during the promotional period.

9. If a customer wins a £20, £50, or £500 voucher and uses it against an order worth less than the voucher’s value, the unused balance will be credited to their customer account for future purchases made before the voucher’s expiry date. Customers without an existing customer account will be offered an account at no charge so that any unused voucher balance can be credited to them. This does not apply to the 10% discount voucher. Any voucher won cannot be combined with any other offer.

10. Customers will be told immediately what they have won. Any applicable discount won may be used on the qualifying order and will be applied before payment. Physical prizes will be handed over in-store when the order is completed. If a physical prize cannot be supplied immediately, the customer will receive confirmation of their prize and details of how and when it will be provided, at no additional cost.

11. Discounts apply to the whole qualifying order. Any voucher valid for a future visit will state its expiry date and redemption conditions. All discount, voucher, and credit restrictions will be available to customers before they place their order and spin.

12. Prizes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. If circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control make an advertised prize unavailable, a suitable alternative of equal or greater value will be provided.

13. The promoter may disqualify anyone who tampers with the wheel, acts fraudulently or breaches these terms.

14. The promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion only where unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly and administered fairly, with steps taken to avoid disadvantaging participants. Prizes already won will be honoured.

15. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
